FUNDS NEEDED FOR AIR CONDITIONING UNITS
An upgrade to the air conditioning system has been done. The cost of the entire project was quoted at $21,400. We are at $18,503.19 and out that amount we have paid in full the replacement of the Air Conditioners. We have taken $3,130.31 from the Building Fund for the balance. Further contributions to the Air Conditioner Fund will replenish the funds taken from the building fund.
The Church Council has approved a fundraiser within the congregation to raise the needed monies for the project. The goal is to prevent the depletion of the current Building Fund.
Place the special gifts in the collection plates or mail them to the church with the funds earmarked for the Building Fund – Air Conditioning. Over the years members of Immanuel have always come through with generous gifts when a need arises. We thank you in advance for your financial support for the church, which will mark the 175th anniversary of its founding in 2019. Church Council

CEMETERY – After discussion regarding current prices in area cemeteries, the council unanimously decided as of August 1, 2019, we would increase Immanuel’s grave space to $400 per remains for members, and $500 per remains for non-members to reflect current rates in the area. Plus a $75 fee will be assessed per remains at the time of purchase for cemetery upkeep. Bob Ley of Ley Enterprises is responsible for all site openings and closings. Ley Monuments for pouring of foundations for the headstones.

THANK YOU
Dear congregation of Immanuel Lutheran Church,
Thank you so very much for your generous vicarage gifts of buffalo steaks, a handmade horseshow cross, and the devotional set. Bethany and I thoroughly enjoyed the buffalo steaks for Memorial Day, and we are eagerly looking forward to being able to give the cross a special place in our home in Montana and beyond! The devotional books will also be a precious resource as we prepare not only for vicarage but for call in the future.
It has been wonderful to get to know you as a congregation over the past two years, and Bethany has also appreciated the opportunity to be a part of the congregation this last year. As we look forward to vicarage and the upcoming adventures, thank you for your gracious welcome to all of us, for the opportunities to learn how better to serve the people of the church and a loving farewell.
We pray that God may richly bless and sustain you all in your lives and faith in the coming year!
In Christ, Caleb, Bethany, and Baby Stoever
